Job Description - Provide Seamless customer service to clients inquiring about their loan application and status. - Answer queries pertaining to loan documents needed. - Provide estimated amount they can avail based on their monthly income.
NOTE: Loan Originator will not be the one to approve the loan application. Approval comes from the credit under writing team.
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field. 6 months BPO experience is preferred but not required. No BPO Experience but with Call Center Training under TESDA is WELCOME. 100 Full-Time position(s) available.
